-Ing Words as sentence starters

This week my class is learning how to use -ing words to start a sentence. Here are ten examples



Racing Down the road, the driver noticed he was almost out of fuel.

Squawking loudly, the bird dived at his prey.

Screaming at the top of her lungs, the girl waked the mouse with a broom.

Punching the wall, the man then noticed that he had broken his fingers.

Digging a hole, the worker looked down and saw he had hit a pipe.

Driving her car, the lady noticed she was lost.

Watching YouTube, Jack look at his watch and found out it was one-o-clock in the morning.

Choking on lamb, the man coughed as loud as he could.

Fishing on the boat, my line got a tug.

Running too school, Cam was almost.
